- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.
SK Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, SK Supply is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
